About Us

Total Home Inspection provides a thorough, in-depth visual inspection of the structure and operating components of your new home. A trained home inspector will assess your home for 2-3 hours. You are invited to meet the inspector at the home to walk through and go over the report. When the certified home inspection is over the inspector will prepare a Property Inspection Report and give you a copy ON SITE for you to keep. We can also email a PDF copy to your realtor and whomever else you request.
